Before you apply here’s some important information you should know. This is a volunteer opportunity at the moment as we are still raising funds and sponsorship. We recognize and respect everyone’s talent and passion and are planning to give back as much as we can. Productions like this are not cheap and we will definitely try to compensate as many people as possible. That said, many of us (who may not get paid) are here because we believe in the concept and it’s impact and want to have a great time changing peoples lives and a great portfolio piece. If any of this makes you uneasy then it’s not the right project for you.

• We have a strict NO-EGOs policy. Due to the nature of the project and small team, we need to be careful who we let in. One cocky, entitled bad egg can ruin it for everyone and the quality of the event. If you think you’re a genius and interested in money, fame or ownership, please don’t bother applying. This is a flat team structure where we all own the experience and will be collaborating deeply for shared success.

• This is a volunteer position (for now). As we attain more funding and sponsorship, funds will be allocated to the production of the event and distributed to team members as available.

• “Volunteer” means you really care about the project and willing to give time to help. It’s your responsibility to tell us how much time you have to give and to deliver when you sign up for a task.

• We can’t predict how much time is expected of you. We will have regular 90m-2h meetings which we’ll tell you when you are required to attend. There will be many tasks that we need help with. Some will take longer (depending on how much love and passion you put into it) and some will be easy and fast.

• We realize that people have day jobs, families and other commitments and that it’s a lot to ask to volunteer for a project and team that you may not know (yet). We are all interested in collaborating on a successful experience, so as long as you communicate and are passionate about the work it will be rewarding.

• You will need to sign an NDA to protect our IP.
